How to remove icons from the Windows 7 task bar

Windows 7 and preferences vary widely by computer users. Even when you take your computer out of the box and do the initial startup, you may notice the icons in the task that you do not want at this point, especially the icons of the programs I know you'll never use tape adhesive.
But you can customize your PC by removing unwanted icons on the taskbar. You can remove unwanted applications icons that appear on the left side of the taskbar. Also, you can delete unwanted icons in the notification area (system tray), which appears on the right side of the taskbar.

Remove the application icons in the taskbar
Select Windows 7 taskbar in the lower left corner and move your mouse over the application to display the titles. Some titles may refer to applications that have already opened, while others are clear, such as Internet Explorer and other browsers.

Right-click on each icon for the application you want to delete from the task bar and select "uninstall this program from taskbar." It will remove the icon. If you do not see this list and only option "exit" appears, you have to go to the "Start" button, select "Control Panel", "list and the" Programs "Uninstall or change a program" to uninstall the program. Select the program you want to uninstall and click the "Cancel" button. After uninstalling the program, and character no longer appear in the taskbar.

Repeat this process for each Windows 7 icons you want to remove. If you delete the intended application, right-click and pin it to the taskbar or menu bar "Start," as you wish.
